Our unique program is based on science, and takes you through easy to follow health and wellness programs, consisting of 3 levels of competency, body weight fitness, strength and conditioning with women specific, body toning, and weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, stretching, and yoga incorporating mindfulness and meditation.

Our Nutrition program combined with our other programs guides people through basic nutrition blocks that help to promote healthier eating habits for sustained energy and lifeforce, during a busy working day.

Our psychology modules have been specifically developed to help guide employees though the many mental strains of a workplace pressures and can help, reduce stress, anxiety and in some cases mild depression, working towards improving clarity and focus for a more productive day.
