Our Yoga program is tapered to provide different different difficulty levels. There are many options for chair yoga, which is a quick and convenient way to improve posture while sitting. These are short sessions designed to improve posture, reduce injuries, improve flexibility and mood.
Chair Yoga for beginners
Chair yoga is a great way to get started with yoga. Sometimes, if we lack mobility or are not flexible enough, doing yoga on the floor can cause injury. That’s why we have an easy to use and comfortable yoga program that allows you to use traditional yogic positions right at your desk. This program is great to use to break up your day, and take a rest from work, returning fresh.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow yoga is a great way to loosen up your body, get your bodies circulation flowing, strengthen your hips and reconnect with your consciousness. Yoga has many benefits including sleep, posture, strength, flexibility and confidence. These sessions are usually 10 minutes and focus on full body or specific areas. Usually conducted on the floor, it is great for intermediate fitness levels.
